Die Sarstedt PCR-Platte mit Halbrand und 96 Wells ist speziell für den Einsatz im LightCycler® 480 entwickelt und ideal für qPCR-Anwendungen geeignet. Dank ihres Low Profile Designs und der konischen Bodenform ermöglicht die Sarstedt PCR-Platte eine optimale Wärmeübertragung und zuverlässige Ergebnisse bei Reaktionsvolumina von 5 µl bis 0,1 ml. Sie besteht aus hochwertigem Polypropylen, ist PCR Performance Tested, autoklavierbar bis 121 °C und für Zentrifugationen bis 3.000 x g geeignet.
